This BMO Retirement Services magazine was distributed quarterly to company 401(k) plan participants and plan sponsors. As editor-in-chief, I managed the team of writers and designers to produce each issue. This included concepting new features, such as adding a QR code to access additional financial resources, supervising editorial reviewers, proofreading and editing, overseeing the legal and compliance process and budget to managing multiple mailing databases, including Canadian resources.
